Using your Services
Your included monthly appointments can be found at the bottom of this page - or visit Times and Prices to view all services. All services included within your membership will say 'Explore Plans' beneath the Book Now button.
Make sure that you are logged in to the Lousin website, with the account that you signed up for your membership with.
Either login from the link in the footer, or below:
Once you have chosen an available time for your appointment, scroll down (beneath where it says 'Payment for... your service') and select the 'Self-care Membership' option. This will use your 1x available appointment for that service, for that particular month. If you don't use that service one month - don't worry; we offer an extended grace period of up to 2 additional months to allow you to use any outstanding treatments.
